The Richmond at Trinity Court, Seaham Both homes sold over opening sales weekend.
Despite the bitterly cold Easter weekend weather things got off to a cracking start at David Barlow Homes’ two newest developments.
Visitor numbers were high at Trinity Court, Seaham and Fairview, Stakeford and both sites had reservations.
Seaham it was the three bedroom Richmond at £164,950. An attractive home available as semi detached or end terrace, it is ideal for couples or small families. The property enjoys a separate entrance hallway leading to a spacious kitchen and an open plan dining area. A lounge, running the full width of the home has French doors to the rear garden and there is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The Abington Bedroom at Fairview, Stakeford
Upstairs the stunning master suite stretches across the entire front of the home and there are two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Other house types at Trinity Court include the four bedroom detached Charleston, the Norfolk and Suffolk, four bedroom homes (or three with study) available mainly as terraced properties with one semi and the four bedroom Hamilton, detached and end terrace. Prices for these homes start at £199,950.
The Abington Kitchen at Fairview, Stakeford
At Stakeford the ever popular four bedroom Abington at £224,950 was the first home to be sold. With its front to rear lounge, kitchen/breakfast room with utility room attached, separate dining room and downstairs cloakroom this is an ideal family home.

available at Fairview, together with the three bed detached Hampshire.
Said sales and marketing manager, Jan Gill: “We were
very pleased by the number of visitors to both sites and as well
as the sales there was a great deal of interest in all of the properties.”
